You will provide additional help to deal with the growing volume of work to deliver and refine their state-of-the-art HTML5-based, Learning and Information Centre, which provides intuitive product help and eLearning, online and on mobile devices.

You will provide additional help to deal with the growing volume of work to deliver and refine their state-of-the-art HTML5-based, Learning and Information Centre, which provides intuitive product help and eLearning, online and on mobile devices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and updating existing MadCap Flare topics, snippets, screenshots and related videos
- Work closely with the development team to design and develop processes to produce product Release Notes, and feed product updates into new and existing topics and modules
- Working closely with support, development, sales and marketing, consultants, subject matter experts, and heads of department to research, develop, and deliver new and existing MadCap Flare topics, product modules, How-Tos and related scenarios
- Research, design and deliver eLearning modules
- Maintain and update XHTML in-app help files and related links and videos
- Help to design, deliver, and maintain online and In-App help localisation and internationalisation
- Monitor and respond to issues logged against the documentation
- Contribute to the working methods and processes of the team
REQUIREMENTS
- MadCap Flare, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Impeccable written English, and the ability to write consistently in accordance with current style
- Proven experience of working with development, support, consultants, sales and marketing and heads of departments to write and deliver customer-facing software documentation
- Ability to write easy-to-read text, and the capability to organise content clearly
- Ability to work independently to tight deadlines, across multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent all-round communication skills
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Experience of writing Release notes and API documentation
- A good University degree or equivalent
The following would be highly desirable:
- Experience of working with Agile development teams
- Experience of working as part of an Agile documentation team
- Experience of working with localisation
- Experience of quick how-to video guides scripting and production
