Our client specialises in the manufacture of audio solutions. They require a Technical Author on a contract basis for an exciting new project.
They aim to condense their full printed user manuals into Quickstart Guides. Information needs conveying simply and coherently to aid translation into 6 languages (English, German, French, Italian, Dutch and Norwegian).
The client is looking for a more visual/graphical approach for their Quickstart Guides, and therefore you will have experience with a form of graphics software- ideally InDesign.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient with MadCap Flare for authoring
- Experienced user of InDesign (or similar)
- Experience producing documentation for translation
- Ideally with an understanding of audio electronics
- A second language (German, French, Italian, Dutch or Norwegian) would be favourable, but not required
